Where are the original film elements?
Morgan Creek doesn't seem to have them so they must be with the other rights holder.
I think it was... Universal?

Well the story so far is from what was said in the latest Clive Barker Podcast.
It sounded like it was the cut footage to me.
I guess we will know for absolutely sure in the next podcast when the guys talk to Russell about it.

Please keep in mind that the footage was found, but no one that cares about the movie has gone through it yet. Russell thinks it's only stuff from the Theatrical Cut, and Michael Plumides says it was damaged in storage, and all he could make of the list of what it includes is that there are a couple trailers that we may not have seen before.
Morgan Creek has a master of the Theatrical Cut already, so if that's all it is, that's too bad. I have some home that there will be something useful in there. We'll see in a couple days when we talk with Russell, but I have a feeling he hasn't sorted through it yet.
