Muppets Most Wanted (2014)

Muppets Most Wanted (2014)
Muppets-Most-Wanted-Poster
The Muppets are back in fine form. By going a bit darker in tone the Muppets return to their original roots and even surpass the wonderful previous installment.

The plot really gives them a nice way to show off their talents of mixing great comedy bits and commenting on today’s society, not to mention another batch of catchy and fun songs.

As they were meant to be, the Muppets Most Wanted delivers fun and entertainment for children and adults.

Gravity (2013)

Apr 4th, 2014

Gravity (2013)

gravity     If all you want to see is realistic spacecraft floating around in Earth orbit then you might like this film. If you want anything more you’ll want to look somewhere else.

George Clooney pretty much plays himself as a veteran everybody-loves-him astronaut on his final mission in space. Sandra Bullock’s character is the rookie that just wants to get away from ‘life’. Why she would join NASA in a highly technical field instead of moving to a farm in a small town just seems absurd.

Technically the movie is well made but is lacking in all style and innovation. It is a by-the-numbers Hollywood exercise. The only thing that made up for the cliche ending was that it had a thankfully well under 2 hour run-time.
